PERSONAL HEALTH PROFILE

After completing your personal health profile, one of our doctors will meet with you.

Your initial consultation provides time for you to get acquainted and privately discuss your current health issues and concerns.

SPINAL ANALYSIS AND EXAMINATION

After Dr. Gina or Dr. Mike consults with you and feels that they can help you, they will then perform a spinal analysis, examination and take any x-rays that may be necessary to assist them determine the underlying cause of your pains and/or discomforts.

REPORT OF FINDINGS

Dr. Gina or Dr. Mike will now specifically relate your exam and x-ray findings to your current health care situation and discuss how chiropractic can be of help to you. When accepted for care, your personal healthcare options will be discussed and explained fully.  At this time any financial and insurance considerations will also be discussed.  If additional records from previous doctors is needed we will tend to it with you during this visit to insure you receive the proper care.
